Welcome to our Help Center. Here you will quickly find answers to our most commonly asked questions. If you can't find the answer you are looking for, you can submit your question and receive a personalized reply via email within 1 business day.

How do I place an order?


Selecting your merchandise:

  • Please go to the items detail page by selecting the desired products link on a search result page or by entering the item number in the box below the red Search button located on the left hand side of every page.
  • To select your product from the products detail page, enter the quantity in the box to the left of the red Add to Cart button found on every item's detail page in the center of the page. Next, click on the red Add to Cart button to add the items to your shopping cart.
  • Each time you add an item to your cart, a suggestion page will be displayed with related items as well as items that other customers have purchased along with the item you had selected.
  • Once you have collected the items you need in your cart, you can click on the blue View Cart link at the top of the page to see the details of your order.
  • Any applicable shipping costs and taxes will also be displayed (taxes are collected only for shipments to Minnesota and California).
  • To remove an item from your cart, simply click the red Remove link displayed under the quantity box on the right.
  • To change the quantity of an item in your cart, make the change and click the blue Update button.

New Customer Check Out:

  • When you have completed your shopping, click the red Check out button located under your order summary on the right hand side of the page.
  • Please fill out the Credit Card Billing and Ship To Address information sections. To ensure speedy processing, please be sure the billing address is correct.
  • Next, please fill out your Credit Card Information.
  • If your Credit Card Billing Address is the same as your Ship To address, click the Same as Shipping box to automatically fill in this information.
  • If you would like a Purchase Order number to appear on the packing slips and shipping labels you receive from us, enter it in the field provided below the Credit Card Billing Address Section.
  • Once you have reviewed all your order details, click the green Complete Order button located at the bottom of the page.
  • A confirmation page will follow shortly, which includes your order number in the format K3XXXXXX.
  • A link to a Printer Friendly Version can be found in the Order Received! box.
  • You will now have the option to Create an Account on the right hand side of the page. Click Here to learn the many benefits creating an account can provide you.
  • A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address provided on your account. If at any time you would like assistance placing your order or setting up your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department at 877-591-4881 or by emailing customercare@OfficeSuperSavers.com.

Existing Customer Check Out:

  • When you have completed your shopping, click the red Secure Checkout button on the right hand side of the page to complete your order.
  • If you are not yet logged into our site, you will find a Login Here link for Returning Customers on the right hand side of the page.
  • Once you have logged in, your Ship To and your Credit Card Billing Address will be filled in for you.
  • You may make any necessary changes to these addresses. You will have the option to save these changes for future use as well.
  • Fill in your Credit Card information.
  • If you would like a Purchase Order number to appear on the packing slips and shipping labels you receive from us, enter it in the field provided below the Credit Card Billing Address Section.
  • Once you have reviewed all your order details, click the green Complete Order button located at the bottom of the page.
  • A confirmation page will follow shortly, which includes your order number in the format K3XXXXXX.
  • A link to a Printer Friendly Version can be found in the Order Received! box.
