Where is the rest of my order?


Sometimes our orders ship from multiple warehouses. The second email you will receive from us is your shipment email. This specifies what cities your items will be shipping from and the estimated delivery time. You should receive that email within 24 hours of placing your order. Also, if you have signed up for an account with us you can check to see if the rest of your order is still in transit.
  • To track your order, please click on the Order Tracking link on the bottom of the website in the footer section.
  • Enter your order number in the in the "Order Number" box in the space provided.
  • Then enter your email address in the box that appears.
  • Select the "Track Order" box.
  • Your tracking numbers should pull up in our system.
