We do not accept orders for "out of stock" products, but if you would like to be notified when the item is back in stock, please email us at customercare@OfficeSuperSavers.com and reference the item number of the backordered item. Our Customer Service Department will be glad to contact you as soon as it is available.
Occasionally an item is shown as "In-Stock" on our website but will not be available. In this instance, we will contact you immediately regarding your order. You may cancel the back ordered item, or even the entire order if you prefer.
You may also have us process the remainder of the order, leaving the out of stock item on order. We will watch for its availability and process that item when it is in stock. If you choose to leave the out of stock item on order, we will contact you when it is available. We want to confirm that you would still like the item charged to your credit card account and shipped to you.
