These self-adhesive dividers have a pocket on both sides to keep
important materials from falling out of folders. Great for items that
cannot be punched, such as small papers, photos, X-rays or
certificates. Ideal for patient files.
- Standard 2-3/4" slit punching.
- Scored to form self-adhesive hinge for attaching to folder.
- Contains 10% recycled content, 10% post-consumer material.
